Common Questions
A video link isn't working — what should I do?
First check that the video is from a public account. Private videos cannot be downloaded. If the link is public and still not working, try copying the link directly from the browser address bar rather than the share button. If the issue persists, email us with the link and we will investigate.
The download failed on my phone — help!
On iPhone, videos may open in a new tab instead of downloading directly. Press and hold the video and tap "Save to Photos". On Android, downloads go to your Downloads folder — open your Files app to find them.
Can you add support for a new platform?
We are constantly working to expand our platform support. Send us an email with the platform name and we will look into adding it.
I found a bug — how do I report it?
Please email us at contact@quikvid.online with a description of the issue, which browser and device you are using, and the video link that caused the problem (if applicable).
How do I request removal of content?
QuikVid does not host or store any videos. If you have a copyright concern, please contact the platform where the original video is hosted (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). If you believe QuikVid is being used to infringe your copyright, contact us and we will investigate promptly.
